Mailing Address: P.O. Box 611 Twain Harte, CA 95383
Gary has been working in the utility industry as a gas associate distribution engineer for Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for the past 25 years while his wife, Cindy, stayed at home to raise their 2 children.
Being raised in San Jose and then moved to the Central Valley, Gary had never heard of Twain Harte until his in-laws retired in Twain Harte the late 1980's and then his parents followed a few years later.
His father in-law remembers as a little boy growing up in the central valley and coming to Twain Harte to get out of the heat. Gary and his family have been coming up to Twain Harte since that time. They fell in love with the Twain Harte area and the community. In 2019, Gary and his family permanently moved to Twain Harte from Manteca.
When Gary was asked to join the Twain Harte Valley Mutual Water Co. as a board member, he was thrilled and honored to work and support the Twain Harte Valley Mutual water utility community in a responsible manner.
